Customer & Product Support: About Us
The Customer & Product Support Department, which includes our service parts and service tech departments, currently employs 70 associates that can provide you with exceptional support. Each representative is knowledgeable about every aspect of our products and services.
The department is divided into three distinct groups:
- The Retail Recreational Vehicle Technician assists our end user customers by answering questions and finding an Authorized Spartan Chassis Service Center.
- The Dealer Recreational Vehicle Technician works with the Service Center Technicians to provide technical direction and warranty authorization.
- The Emergency Rescue Technician works with the Service Center Technicians to provide assistance in all stages, from diagnostic to completion.
Additionally, we have experienced staff holding master ASE certifications that inspect vehicles ensuring they are ready to be sold in the marketplace.
